Meet the Team

Kipelyani Olesisian

Founder / Director.

Mr. Kipelyan Olesisian otherwise known as Kipe Laizer is a Tanzanian Maasai warrior, professional mountain guide, and wildlife conservationist from the northern region of Tanzania at Lake Manyara Region which happens to be one of the iconic safari destinations in the country.

Kipe is a founder of Kipe Adventure, a safari company dedicated to offering a safari experience with a unique way of meeting and fulfilling clients’ adventurous expectations, making travel safe, exciting, and customer friendly in terms of budget and quality.
Kipe Adventure donates 20% of its profit to support vulnerable children and orphans in Kipe’s village known as Oltukai.

Kipe met Johnson, a tourist who was impressed by his guiding skills, and decided to sponsor him to attend college to become a professional mountain tour guide. Upon completing his college studies, Kipe worked with some local tour companies gaining more than 3 years of experience before establishing his own company.

Kipe has always been inspired to give back and support his community. He founded Oltukai Community Development Organization, a non-profit charitable organization in his village.
Using his funds, he gathered 25 children 13 boys and 12 girls from vulnerable categories, 6 of whom were orphans, established a kindergarten under the tree, and eventually built an ordinary classroom constructed using wood with the support of the community and some colleagues tourists.

Kipe makes sure the children are provided with meals and education as much as possible on daily basis. Kipe envisions a country where every vulnerable child and orphan is safe, healthy, and educated.
